Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church weekly morning prayer

Heavenly Father, all glory belongs to You. We come to You this Sunday morning in prayer to glorify Your name; not because of what You do, but because of who You are. Your unconditional love for mankind stretches to the highest mountain peaks and reaches to the depths of the seas. Your love never ends, and we thank and praise You for Your faithfulness, grace, and mercy. It was Your mercy that allowed us to see yet another sunrise, and Your grace that forgives our sins, comforts, strengthens, and develops us spiritually. Father, as we renew our holy commitment to You, help us to walk circumspectly in Your spirit, and let our words, thoughts, and actions be pleasing in Your sight. We offer these sincere prayers to You, in the sacred and matchless name of Jesus Christ.
