Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church weekly morning prayer

Father God, You are the God of our salvation. Thank You for sending Your precious Son to dwell among us. As we reflect on Jesus’ passion, our hearts are filled with gratitude for Your endless love. Thank You for who You are, for Your grace, mercy, and faithfulness. Thank You for this new day and the breath in our lungs. Fill our cups with blessings and pour out Your indwelling Spirit within us. Thank You for watching over our families and loved ones this past week, and guide through the upcoming week. Father, we pray for those who are struggling physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and most of all, spiritually. Open our spiritual ears and eyes so that our earthbound Christian walk will be pleasing to You, may our words inspire hope in others, and may our deeds and actions spread love. Thank You for all Your benefits and blessings that You have bestowed upon us. In the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen
